    The Continuum of Care Project at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center under contract with the New Mexico Department of Health Long Term Services Division is pleased to offer the Pre-Service and Orientation Health Information Module.  The module is designed specifically for certified healthcare trainers in New Mexico. The Continuum of Care Project staff have created an online, password protected community environment where certified healthcare trainers can download the module components, meet asynchronously (over time) to discuss the component contents with other certified trainers and discuss issues around the training.
