Services: Communication Channel

The Continuum of Care Project is funded by the New Mexico Department of Health (DOH) Long Term Services Division, formerly Division of Developmental Disabilities.

We interact regularly with the leadership regarding concerns that practitioners, patients and care givers bring to our attention about access to comprehensive health care in our state.

Often the Chief Medical Officer assists us in informing other state agencies, such as Medicaid, on issues requiring attention.
